View the Documents Log

The Documents Log is part of a suite of Eproval tools that gives you quick and easy access to pertinent application information and also includes a Communication Log and a Activity Log.

The Documents Log gives you a single access point where you can find and view all of the documents associated with an application, regardless of who uploaded them or where in the application they were uploaded.

Steps

  1. Access the application.

  2. In the top left, under Application Tools, click Documents Log.

  3. By default, the log sorts files by Category, which includes:

    • Permit/License: The Permit or License generated for the event, if applicable.

    • Application: Documents added with the initial application submission, or that were added before the permit manager set the application status to Under Review. These are further sorted by section within the application.

    • Workflow: Documents added by the applicant or internal staff after the status was set to Under Review. These are also further sorted by section within the application.

  4. To sort the documents by the date they were uploaded, with the newest documents appearing at the top, click the Sort by Category dropdown and select Sort by Date.

  5. Click the applicable link to open the document you want to view.

  6. Depending on your settings and the document type, it will either download to your default downloads folder, or open on your device.

  7. If applicable, navigate to your default downloads folder and open the file. To view the file, your device will need the applicable software installed.
