View the Communication Log

The Communication Log is part of a suite of Eproval tools that gives you quick and easy access to pertinent application information and also includes an Activity Log and a Documents Log.

The Communication Log provides a single point of access to view all comments related to an application. This includes both applicant-facing comments, and internal only comments.

Steps

  1. Access the application.

  2. In the top left, under Application Tools, click Communication Log.

  3. By default, the log sorts comments by Date, which displays the most recent comments at the top.

  4. To sort the comments by the individual sections to which they belong, click the Sort by Date dropdown and select Sort by Topic.

  5. As noted, you can see all comments on the application, including internal only notes. Internal comments are identified by a red highlighted Internal Note label on the comment.
