View Documents in an Application Section

During their application submission, applicants are often asked to provide documents to support their application. When added and submitted along with the application, these documents are available directly on the sections in which they were added, so you can quickly access them during your review.

Steps

  1. Open the application and scroll down to the section you want to view the Document for.

  2. If you're assigned to review the section it will already be open. If not, click the carat icon to open the section.

  3. The application details display. Where documents have been uploaded, you’ll see a link with the document’s name in the section’s entry line. Click that link to open the document.

  4. Depending on your settings and the document type, it will either download to your default downloads folder, or open on your device.

  5. If applicable, navigate to your default downloads folder and open the file. To view the file, your device will need the applicable software installed.
