View All Processed Applications

Once an application has been completed – regardless of whether it was approved, declined, or cancelled – it can be viewed, just like any open application under review. The list includes all applications that have been processed (completed) to date.

Steps

Once you open the list, you can apply multiple types of filters and searches to narrow your results and find what you’re looking for.

  1. To access the applications, click APPLICATIONS at the very top of your screen, just beside the link to your DASHBOARD.

  2. By default, all Special Event Permit applications are listed. However, you have several options to change or reduce the number of displayed applications to help you locate a specific application.

    • Application Type: Click on the Application Type dropdown box (by default it’s set to Special Event Permit applications). Select to View ALL applications, or other specific application types. You’ll only have options here if your public agency has more than one application type.

    • Category: If you have separated your different permit types into categories, then you can select a specific category.

    • Date Range: Enter a date range to search for all permits with an End Date withing that range.

    • Status: Select one or more Statuses to only display applications in those statuses.

    • Search: Enter a search term in the Search box. This will search any text in the displayed columns.

  3. Once you've entered your criteria, click Search.
