My Account FAQs
How do I know if my account has been activated?
Try logging into the system.
Your account has been activated if the Dashboard displays.
Your account has NOT been activated if an error message is displayed on the login page.
Application Review Essentials FAQs
Can I be a Reviewer and take part in the reviewing process without providing any approval?
Yes. You can be mapped to an application as a Reviewer to provide comments and take part in the conversation without providing an "Approval".
If you have been identified as a Reviewer and your approval is not required, you can set the Application Step to "Not Applicable".
I am a Reviewer, can I see the information from other steps of the application?
Yes. All users are sharing the same set of application data. As a Reviewer, the drawer(s) for the step(s) that are mapped to you are opened by default.
If you wish to view the information on the other drawers, just click the down-angled icon for the other step to open up their drawers.
I have been assigned a step to Review and it is no longer relevant to me.
Sometimes a step within an Application no longer requires your approval, yet you have been assigned as an Approver as part of the Default Mapping for that Application Type.
When this happens, we recommend setting the Step Status to Not Applicable, which will enable the Application to continue on in the Approval process without your Approval.
