Review Application Details
Once you’ve accessed the application you need to review, you need to be able to examine the applicable details of the application so you can make your review decision. Eproval puts all the application details in a single, easy to navigate screen, making it fast and easy to find the information you need.
This could be general information, such as the event location and dates, details on the specific sections you need to review, or related information on sections you don’t need to review but could help broaden your knowledge or inform your review.
Application details are divided into a series of sections, the contents of which are based both on the type of application and on the initial Yes/No questions the applicant answered. Generally, these can be divided into four main categories:
General Event (Overview) Information: Details such as host and contact information, event description, and dates and location.
Application Specific Information: These are the sections that are dynamically built based on the Yes/No questions they answer. For example, questions could include: Are you serving alcohol? Will you have amplified sound equipment? Do you plan to sell or give away food?
Required Information: Details that all applications of this type require. This could include things like a Site Plan or Insurance documents.
Internal Only Information: Sections and comments that only intended for an internal audience. These can’t be viewed by an applicant.
