Access Applications Through Your Dashboard

When you log in to Eproval, you’ll see your Dashboard. The Dashboard gives you easy access to all relevant applications.

You can also access your Dashboard at any time, from anywhere in Eproval, by clicking the Dashboard link in the top left of the browser window.

As a reviewer, your Dashboard is divided into two main sections:

  • My Applications – I Need to Review: This section lists all applications where your agency has been assigned as a reviewer and there are one or more sections of the application you still need to complete the review for.

  • My Applications – Completed Review or Notification Only: This section lists all applications where your agency has been assigned as a reviewer, your review is complete, and the event date is still in the future. It also lists any applications where your agency has been added to provide visibility into the application, but you are not required to complete a review (Notification Only). Again, you’ll only see Notification Only applications where the event date is in the future.

Steps

If your agency uses Eproval for more than one application type, you may need to first select a different application type to see the application you want to access.

  1. At the top of the page, click the drop-down to see a list of available application types. If you don’t see the dropdown option, then your agency is using a single permit application type and you can skip to step 3.

  2. Select the name of the application type you wish to display the applications for.

  3. From the list of applications shown, click the name of the application to open it. You can access any application on the dashboard, in either the My Applications – I Need to Review or the My Applications – Completed Review or Notification Only sections.
